About Larne Grove
Why I do this
After 36 years managing budgets and delivering complex productions in film, I brought that same discipline — planning tightly, protecting the numbers, and getting things done properly — into property.
But this business started somewhere more personal. When interest rates rose sharply, I had to sell my own flat before I could find a solution quickly enough to keep it. That experience stayed with me, and it shapes everything Larne Grove does now. I want housing that works for people, not just against them on a spreadsheet — affordable, sustainable, and built around community, with everyone included.
Today I source investment opportunities along the UK coast and in South West London, manage service accommodation and long lets, and work across southern Spain — in the provinces of Granada and Málaga — where I speak the language and know the ground.
